Clubs utilizing our platform to host events are solely responsible for the content, safety, and fulfillment of their events. The platform acts as a ticketing and RSVP facilitator. We are not liable for any event cancellations, misrepresentations, or incidents that occur at club-hosted venues.
When purchasing a ticket for a paid event, payments are processed securely via Stripe. The platform retains a standard processing fee per transaction. Refund Policy: Refunds are handled at the discretion of the individual club organizers. Contact the host directly for refund inquiries.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
In no event shall the platform, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
